Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The Training Specialist will be responsible for training needs assessment, training curricula and manual development, training conduction and training evaluation for corporate organizations and RMG factories. The focus of the training programme will be on safeguarding and decent work.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and applies a wide range of training needs assessment (TNA) tools and develop TNA reports for both internal and external stakeholders
∎ Develops training curricula and training manuals ensuring interactive training methods
∎ Develops training implementation plan in consultation with team members.
∎ Develops appropriate audio-visual aids in line with the context of the different training session
∎ Conducts training sessions and develop capacities of the team members in the process
∎ Monitors training action plans developed by factories and other organizations
∎ Evaluate training programmes at three levels: Reaction Level, Job Behavior level and impact level
∎ Works with consultants for ensuring the quality of outsourced training manuals
∎ Works with the organizations/ factories for updating and contextualization of existing training manuals
∎ Develops training budget, maintains training records and develops training report.
∎ Develops cost proposals for the clients and conducts client meetings as assigned.
