∎ BBA/MBA Major in Marketing/HRM from reputed public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual training plan under the supervision of Head of Training.
∎ Design, develop, organize and conduct training courses according to the recommendations and needs of divisions / SBUs / departments.
∎ Design and develop appropriate training materials for different training courses.
∎ Identify appropriate training tools, equipment, facilities and logistic supports for acquisition and utilize.
∎ Maintain liaison with Internal and External faculty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Candidates having (1-2) Years of experience in Training and Development / Marketing will be preferred.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skill
∎ Proficient in MS Office package especially in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
Salary: Negotiable
