∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to develop training module for total work force including Sales and Marketing team.
∎ Have to prepare monthly training Plan.
∎ Have to conduct Training as per need.
∎ Have to contact and Identify Weak/ Low performer for training with the help of department head.
∎ Have to motivate employee time to time for mental support.
∎ Have to liaison with different department for any kind of training support.
∎ Have sound knowledge in TNA and method of training.
∎ Any assignment related with training and development from Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years Training experience in reputed organization like food company.
∎ Should be smart, energetic, dynamic and proactive in every acts.
∎ Have fluency in both English and Bengali.
∎ Have sound competency in Computer application.

Salary: Negotiable
