Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • HSC may be considered for a relevant experienced candidate. Candidate worked abroad (Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore) will get preference.

  • Experience: Typically, 1 to 3 years of hands-on field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, management, and communication skills.

  • Attributes: High willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, and strong analytical problem-solving Skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Core Responsibilities

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed primary and secondary sales targets.

  • Market Coverage: Execute daily beat plans to cover existing and potential outlets, ensuring maximum market penetration.

  • Retailer Management: Manage, and monitor retailer to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.

  • Product Visibility: Ensure brand availability, proper shelf placement, and compliance with company merchandising standards.

  • Scheme Execution: Communicate and implement trade promotions, discounts, and consumer offers to retailers.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities (pricing, new launches, trade schemes) and report actionable insights to management.

  • Payment Collection: Coordinate with retailers to ensure timely billing, payment collection, and credit control.

 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Volume and value target achievement.

  • Focus SKU (key product) sales volume.

  • Outstanding balance and credit recovery metrics.

  • Daily call productivity and outlet coverage rates.
