Core Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed primary and secondary sales targets.
Market Coverage: Execute daily beat plans to cover existing and potential outlets, ensuring maximum market penetration.
Retailer Management: Manage, and monitor retailer to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
Product Visibility: Ensure brand availability, proper shelf placement, and compliance with company merchandising standards.
Scheme Execution: Communicate and implement trade promotions, discounts, and consumer offers to retailers.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities (pricing, new launches, trade schemes) and report actionable insights to management.
Payment Collection: Coordinate with retailers to ensure timely billing, payment collection, and credit control.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Volume and value target achievement.
Focus SKU (key product) sales volume.
Outstanding balance and credit recovery metrics.
Daily call productivity and outlet coverage rates.
