• MBA - Major in Human Resource Management (HRM).

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Experience in training, particularly in the areas of soft skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences.

• Certification in training and development is a plus.

• Very good in Power point and preparing training PPT.

• Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions on soft skills (e.g., communication, negotiation, Problem solving, engagement, people management, grievance).

• Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.

• Assess trainees` learning needs and tailor training sessions to address specific challenges.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees post-training to ensure skill application.

• Stay updated on Labor Law/Rules and incorporate new strategies and tools into the training programs.

• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and improve existing training modules.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.
