Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Strong understanding of global apparel markets and buyer requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
The candidate must have extensive knowledge in apparel marketing, product development, buyer communication, costing, and team management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and sourcing agents.
Lead the marketing & merchandising team to ensure on-time product development, sampling, costing, and order execution.
Analyze market trends, develop marketing strategies, and identify new business opportunities.
Plan and oversee the order booking process to ensure production and shipment deadlines are met.
Ensure proper costing and pricing negotiations with clients to maximize profitability.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Support senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
