• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Marketing, or Business Administration.

• Strong understanding of global apparel markets and buyer requirements.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently under pressure.

• The candidate must have extensive knowledge in apparel marketing, product development, buyer communication, costing, and team management.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and sourcing agents.

• Lead the marketing & merchandising team to ensure on-time product development, sampling, costing, and order execution.

• Analyze market trends, develop marketing strategies, and identify new business opportunities.

• Plan and oversee the order booking process to ensure production and shipment deadlines are met.

• Ensure proper costing and pricing negotiations with clients to maximize profitability.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Support senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
