Responsibilities & Context:
Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ SEDEX/WRAP/Environment/ OEKOTEX GOTS /C-TPAT/ /RSC / GRS/ RCS & RAF and others Certification Audits).
Assist to implement of Legal Compliance /Buyer and Company COC.
To prepare factory for facing different audits and visit.
Assist to conduct /Implement successful internal social compliance audits.
To keep ready all required documents to face various audit & inspection successfully.
To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
Preparing and updating all relevant registers (WPC, Health & Safety committee, Anti-Harassment Committee, Canteen committee, Grievance committee etc.) as required by local law and customer`s code of conduct.
Prepare and maintain different meeting minutes and training documents as and when needed.
Checking personal files, salary sheet, bonus & earn leave sheet when needed.
To interact workers by regular floor visit and make them aware about work place health & safety.
To monitor all social compliance issues in the whole factory premises on regular basis.
Assist to conduct fire drill training / first aid training / rescue training etc.
Assist to provide compliance training to the concern staff as and when needed.
Co-ordinate with all concerned in implementing compliance requirement throughout the factory premises.
Assist to fulfilling all the relevant document of various customers & provide them to meet customers’ demand.
Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority
