Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all team members comply with labor law, Company rules & regulation.
∎ Pro-actively manage any disciplinary, grievance or absence issues that arise from employees.
∎ Ensure that fair, clear and transparent solutions for any kind of grievance & issues, maintain records and share with reporting line.
∎ May assist employees in the solution of personal problems, such as recommending day nurseries for their children and counseling them on personality frictions or emotional adjustments.
∎ Ensure to make a transparent solution for grievance from grievance box, verbal, written or any other way.
∎ Follow up Orientation session (welfare part), Training session, maternity, committee meeting & resolve of meeting minutes issues.
