Responsibilities & Context:
- Quality Officer has to maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
- Determine Operational and Performance Qualification.
- Maintains and improves product quality by: completing product, company system, Quality compliance, inspection and audit.
- Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality.
- Profound knowledge of textile knitting and production processes
- Need to finalize quality analysis report and discussed with quality concern.
- Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
- Communicate with concern dept. to resolve technical issues to achieve desire quality.
- Resolve technical issues and brings solution.
- Having good knowledge about wrap knitting.
- Identify and applying the best suitable process to development issues.
- Any other job as assigned by the management
