Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the position of Trainee Executive (Core HR) having experience in Real Estate Industries or Group of companies.
∎ Minimum 01 year work experience from reputed company.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support recruitment & selection process & induction, transfer, separation, contract renew, exit interview etc.
∎ Good relationship with renown different head hunting firm for outsourcing, if required.
∎ Maintain official Documents, personnel records and ensure proper documentation of all HR related files.
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under pressure.
∎ To follow up all HR issues in accordance with approved policy and international standard.
∎ Help for taking internal & external training for existing employees.
∎ To assist for organizational development & KPI implementation.
∎ To assist HR head for performance appraisal process.
∎ To assist monthly leave & payroll management.
∎ Issuing ID & visiting card for new & existing employees.
∎ Frequently construction project visit for monitoring HR policies & issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by HR head as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
