Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare the Bill of Materials on the ERP Software for Sample and Bulk Order execution.
Communicate with the Merchandisers, IE, Pattern, CAD and Sample Team for the preparation of the correct Bill of Materials.
Follow up on the Sample Development and the Bulk Order within the T&A.
Receiving of Bulk Order from Merchandiser and giving Data Entry on ERP Software for follow-up.
Communicate with the specific department for all kinds of in-house materials arrangement within the T&A.
Participate day-to-day or weekly meetings with the relevant Materials Department, in-house or 3rd Party Lab, Buying QC, and planner for PP meetings.
