Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 28 years
- Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Freshers can apply (only if fluent in English)
- Willing to work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, BD time)
- Minimum 3–6 months probation
- Basic MS Word, Excel, Email skills
- Previous call center/telemarketing experience preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound calls to USA/Canada customers
- Sell products/services over the phone
- Handle customer needs, provide solutions
- Keep call records properly
- Meet team & personal targets
