Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level, O Level, HSC pass / BBA / MBA (Not mandatory)
∎ Having good command in English speaking or having IELTS score will get preferences.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers
∎ Setting up appointment and generating Tele sales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market
∎ Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or Appointment setting
∎ Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors
∎ Record keeping, Data processing and Database update
∎ To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience will be granted as an extra benefits and would allow to direct joining with a good range of Salary.
∎ Must be good in English Speaking
Salary:
∎ Salary range: 14000-30000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Attractive Sales Bonus (an agent can earn up to Tk 10,000 as sales bonus)
∎ Attendance bonus (Tk 1,000 per month) from 1st month
∎ Bonus: 2 festival bonus and year end special incentive bonus in a year (based on performance & company rules)
