Role Overview:
We are looking for a Telesales Lead with a strong background in outbound B2B sales and proven success in closing deals in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Dubai markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic calling campaigns, managing a team of tele sales agents, building client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage tele sales operations targeting global markets.
Develop and execute outbound call strategies to generate leads and close deals.
Build scripts, objection-handling guidelines, and optimize outreach workflows.
Collaborate with the marketing and client solutions teams to align offers with client needs.
Recruit, train, and coach tele sales representatives to maintain high performance.
Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and present KPIs to management.
Stay updated with market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
