Designation: Telesales Specialist – Global Markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai).

As we expand our global reach, we’re building a tele-sales team to drive qualified leads, close business, and strengthen our presence across top international markets.

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Telesales Specialists with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for outbound calling campaigns, engaging international clients, and achieving sales targets across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Dubai markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to international clients.

  • Present and promote Smart Lab’s services confidently.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Maintain CRM records and call logs accurately.

  • Handle client queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach campaigns.
