Fluency in spoken and written English (a must).
Exceptional typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel).
Capability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly under pressure.
A sharp presence of mind and solution-driven attitude.
Readiness to work night shifts (US Time Zone).
Prior experience in call centers, administrative support, or property preservation is a plus but not mandatory.

Smart Lab is a fast-growing BPO and outsourcing firm, helping startups and businesses scale by offering high-quality digital, creative, and customer support solutions. As we expand our global reach, we’re launching a tele-sales division to drive more qualified leads, close more business, and increase our market presence across top international markets.
We are seeking a “Tele-sales Specialist” with a strong background in outbound B2B sales and a proven track record of closing deals in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Dubai markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic calling campaigns, managing a team of tele sales agents, building client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
