About the Opportunity
BCRC is forming its initial real estate sales operation and is hiring Tele Sales Executives to support lead generation and client communication. This role is part of the company’s core sales setup.
Freshers are welcome. Complete training, call scripts, and product guidance will be provided before onboarding.
Role Overview
Tele Sales Executives will communicate with potential clients over phone, explain project details, and generate leads for the field sales team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain project features and pricing
Generate and qualify leads
Maintain call and follow-up records
