About the Opportunity
The BCRC is establishing a new real estate operation led by experienced and retired professionals from various backgrounds, including real estate, corporate, and sales. As part of this setup phase, the company is building its initial sales team from scratch.
Selected candidates will receive free training on real estate sales processes, product knowledge, and client handling before formal onboarding.
Role Overview
Sales Executives will work in the field to engage with potential clients, conduct site visits, and close property sales.
Responsibilities
Meet potential clients and conduct site visits
Present real estate projects and pricing
Follow up with leads and assist in deal closure
Maintain basic sales records
