∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and factory is safe for all workers.
∎ Inspecting and testing finished product.
∎ Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible.
∎ Monitor production processes, identify any issues or deviations from specifications, and take corrective action as necessary.
∎ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate production outcomes
∎ Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
∎ Scheduling training sessions and workshops.
∎ Provide training and guidance to less experienced technicians or operators.
