Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The role of a Technician (Production) involves managing the production process. Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and factory is safe for all workers. Inspecting and testing finished product. Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible. Monitor production processes, identify any issues or deviations from specifications, and take corrective action as necessary. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate production outcomes Scheduling training sessions and workshops as required.
