∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 10-years' experience in Screen Printing on both Knit and Woven
∎ 3+ years of print development
∎ Knowledge on water-base inks, solvent inks, and silicone inks
∎ Knowledge of ink chemistry and function
∎ Act as a technical resource for bulk production staff
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bangla
∎ Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and process orientation
∎ Proven ability to lead, influence, and work across the organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ This position is required to work the factory floor. You will rotate between the production floor and the development center.
