- Masters in any discipline (Science / Commerce background will be given preference) with good academic background from any reputed institute· B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)/ Textile/

- Apparel Manufacturing.· Should know computer operation and common Office application.
- Candidates should have interest to work under core stream of Garments production·
- Candidates who like to work under pressure and willing to build up career in production track, are encouraged to apply·
- Necessary training will be provided after selection·
- Any undue persuasion will be treated as disqualification.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Candidates have to work in Production Department as fresher.
- Responsible for the original technique of work measurement (Time Study).
- Production study to find out the reason of poor production.
- Garments operations breakdown estimate standard time.
- Find out the actual consumption of thread & all other shorts of necessary
- accessories.
- Make line graph and properly line balance for more production.
- Line layout and Line balancing.
