∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ · You hold a Degree or Diploma in clothing/fashion technology or a related subject, or have equivalent experience.
∎ · With a strong understanding of garment construction techniques, pattern making, and sewing processes, you bring at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the RMG sector.
∎ · Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with various fabrics, trims, and finishes are essential.
∎ · Self-driven and motivated: You are capable of acting swiftly and efficiently.· You demonstrate a methodical and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · You will ensure garment quality and compliance by monitoring production and quality metrics, conducting inspections, and performing tests.
∎ · Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop and evaluate garment samples and prototypes by giving technical input on design and construction methods to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
∎ · You will create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials, and finishes. Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
∎ · You will conduct fit evaluations, analyze measurements, and provide feedback to achieve the desired fit and silhouette.
∎ · Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
∎ · Provide technical guidance and training to teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
