∎ With a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, you bring a solid understanding of strategic business concepts and industry regulations.
∎ · You possess sound knowledge of sales strategies, coupled with demonstrated expertise in business development and data research.
∎ · Your proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheet programs, facilitates effective data analysis and presentation creation.
∎ · Strong communication skills, both written and oral, enable clear conveyance of complex information and foster collaboration.
∎ ·Demonstrating excellent time management and organizational abilities, coupled with a strong work ethic, you ensure efficient handling of multiple responsibilities.
∎ · With 5-8 years of experience in Business Management or Sales roles, you have a proven track record of success and leadership, contributing to achieving company goals and driving growth.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · You will efficiently manage procurement of materials from both local and overseas suppliers to meet company requirements, ensuring timely delivery and negotiating competitive prices.
∎ · Facilitate effective communication for order placement with both local and overseas suppliers, collaborating with the Import team to ensure timely arrival of materials.
∎ · You'll prepare and place purchase orders and Bill of Materials sheets promptly, ensuring coordination with both local and international suppliers.
∎ · Coordinate materials orders and work closely with the import team to ensure timely and organized material arrangements.
∎ · Ensure that the procurement of materials from both local and overseas suppliers aligns with company requirements and standards, managing payments and shipments while maintaining meticulous records to adhere to standards and enhance procurement processes.
