Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate Picannol machines (such as winding, warping, and yarn preparation machines) according to established procedures.
∎ Set up machines for different fabric types, ensuring all settings and configurations meet production specifications.
∎ Perform routine maintenance on Picannol machines to ensure their proper functioning.
∎ Monitor the quality of the output produced by the Picannol machines, ensuring that fabric or yarn meets the required standards.
∎ Calibrate Picannol machines to maintain accuracy in yarn winding, tension, and fabric alignment.
∎ Make adjustments to machine settings (e.g., speed, tension, thread feed) based on the type of material or specific production requirements.
∎ Maintain detailed logs of machine performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or repairs.
∎ Ensure that all operations and machine maintenance are conducted according to safety protocols and industry standards.
∎ Work closely with other technicians, machine operators, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
∎ Assist in training new staff or other team members in operating and maintaining Picannol machines.
