Educational Requirements:
∎ A level or diploma in engineering from any recognized institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the production process of garment hangers, coordinating with production teams to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that manufactured hangers meet industry standards and specifications.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
∎ Identify and address technical issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
∎ Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve machinery or equipment problems.
∎ Continuously evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and quality.
∎ Recommend and implement process modifications or technological upgrades to optimize production.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and any deviations from standards.
∎ Generate reports detailing production metrics, quality performance, and any corrective actions taken.
∎ A technical diploma or relevant certification in mechanical engineering or a related field.
∎ Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the garment accessories industry.
∎ Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to machinery and equipment.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
∎ Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in manufacturing.
