Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare info-graphic report, fact sheet and other visualize report for better understanding of the projects.
∎ Compile and map all the grants information and track WASH department reporting timeline.
∎ Draft the sector reports including donors
∎ Draft and finalize the WASH dash ports, bulletins and newsletters.
∎ Work with communication to prepare videos a success stories for the WASH sector of BRAC and share the reports within BRAC on timely basis
∎ Prepare all the presentations as best as per quality.
∎ Visualize the reports and the targets at both Cox's Bazar and field
∎ Provide the feedback on the report qualities before being sent out.
∎ Work with quality assurance office to make all the document archived
∎ Visualize the funding and gap situation of the sector clearly
∎ Prepare the monthly reports of the sector.
∎ Conduct the need assessment through leading the team and prepare the assessments report with clear needs identification.
∎ Draft the project proposal and support the team lead in finalizing the funds raising process.
∎ Participate in donor meetings.
∎ Be the reference of the documentation and keep all the project and sector documents
∎ Maintain the backup plan and ensure all the WASH staff have the proper documentation
∎ Direct the program assistant to ensure the program document are kept in proper way
∎ Direct the program assist to maintain the quality communication with the admin and support function of BRAC.
∎ Conduct the program review planning and assist the team lead to have the information in place
∎ Participate in the technical working group and follow the action point and get the support from WASH specialists
∎ Work closely with funding agencies in issues related to knowledge management and take the necessary actions for recommendations or feedback from the agencies.
∎ Work with the information management to ensure the information are collected, analyzed and disseminated through clear support from you.
∎ Participate in camp level meeting and provide the clear feedback and take the corrective actions.
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor or Programme Manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge in report writing
∎ Fluency in writing and speaking in both English and Bengali language
∎ Advance knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Illustrator, Coreldraw, ArcGIS/QGIS, Power BI and other relevant software
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Problem solving and analytical skills.
