Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters of Education or any other relevant subjects

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the quality of Education delivered in the education facilities, delivered training, prepared materials, module and handout by ensuring its effectiveness in consultation with Programme Manager (PD, Quality, Technical Assistant, Standards, KM and Reporting).
∎ Support to formulate, maintain and document quality control standard and ongoing quality of education to achieve sectorial objectives.
∎ Provide necessary technical support to Technical Officers and Program Organizers. Moreover, periodical evaluation of the overall quality of program in terms of materials, classroom teaching & learning environment.
∎ Develop capacity building strategic plan, develop annual procurement plan for smoothly Implementation of projects, and ensure technical support to DPMs and TOs of the in the Nayapara and Kutupalong RC
∎ Ensure right person in right place in time through proper human resources planning, project activity and resource planning for different intervention in coordination with PM and DPMs.
∎ Provide necessary guide for ensuring development of various types of educational materials /curriculum-based materials, assessment tools for different level and subjects.
∎ Oversee classroom teaching to identify key gaps in training, material development, quality enhancement and provide necessary guidelines.
∎ Ensure the regular supervision by the DPMs and TOs in the in the Nayapara and Kutupalong RC context.
∎ Spend at least 40% time for field activity visiting to ensure regular supervision of Learning Centres/Schools by programme staff.
∎ Checking and updating the reports on a regular basis and ensure the way forward of the challenges.
∎ Ensure the project orientation with all stakeholders/staffs for successful implementation, of projects through capacity building of staff & teachers, provide quality inputs and making effective coordination with projects personnel.
∎ Liaison with the Donors, Govt agency and other stockholders and attend in sector, partners, donors & government meeting on regular basis.
∎ Ensure field level coordination meeting are in place (Parents, Upazila & District administration, School Management Committee, Community, Religious Leaders etc.)
∎ Organize donor/partners/Govt Officials visit in the field in regular basis.
∎ Support to senior management in cost estimating, developing budget, budget review and ensure its utilization accordingly through budget and expenditure tracking preparation of project proposal and reporting by providing information and input.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ Well experienced on primary curriculum and programme planning
∎ Good at communications in different levels
∎ Good at analysis of programme
∎ Good at preparing project proposals and report writing
∎ Good at developing modules on training/workshop/short course etc.
∎ Good at facilitating/conducting training and meeting.
∎ Good at English both in oral and writing
∎ Good at computer literacy
∎ Good at Programme designing and implementation
∎ Good at staffing to achieve targeted goal on time
∎ Very good at Teamwork and team building activity
