Engineering Firms, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success
∎ Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
∎ Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
∎ Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource requirements
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
∎ Facilitate meetings and ensure project teams have clear direction and objectives
∎ Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as needed
∎ Manage project changes and scope creep to ensure projects remain on track
∎ Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and meet the specified requirements
∎ Mentor and coach team members to ensure their professional development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
∎ PMP certification is a plus
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
