Job Context:
∎ The AHP Bangladesh Consortium, in partnership with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), is leading the AHP-IV project in Cox’s Bazar-a comprehensive and long-term humanitarian effort. Working alongside Save the Children at Cox`s Bazar, the project`s focal point is to address the complex challenges of the Rohingya crisis through a holistic and inclusive approach, particularly emphasizing the rights and needs of individuals with diverse SOGIESC.
∎ As a key player in this initiative the Bandhu Social Welfare Society (BANDHU), which serves as a pivotal Technical Partner. BANDHU`s core mission is to seamlessly integrate SOGI considerations across Health, Child Protection, and Education sectors within the humanitarian operation. This involves providing specialized support to service providers in these sectors through tailored modules, SoP, and guidance notes that are attuned to the sensitivities needed for SOGIESC issues.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, focus group discussions, and awareness campaigns as outlined in the project activities.
∎ Assist in the development and adaptation of assessment tools, training materials, and guidelines in coordination with sector experts.
∎ Coordinate the establishment of safe spaces within learning facilities and health centers for SOGI Population, ensuring proper facilitation and counseling services.
∎ Develop and implement data collection methodologies to gather quantitative and qualitative information on project activities' progress and impact.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate data collection, preservation, protection, and processing for report generation and knowledge management.
∎ Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) on project activities, outcomes, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Assist in providing orientation training to data collectors, facilitators, health service providers, and community volunteers on relevant topics such as assessment processes, sexual and reproductive health, gender inclusivity, and child protection.
∎ Contribute to the development of training materials, including guide notes, standard operating procedures (SoPs), and tip-sheets.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies (CiCs), NGOs, and community leaders, to advocate for the rights and inclusion of GDP and individuals with disabilities in education, health, and protection services.
∎ Participate in camp level coordination meetings and workshops with education and health sectors, and other relevant platforms to share insights and gather input for project activities.
∎ Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
∎ Regularly assess the effectiveness of safe spaces, support groups, and counseling services, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate records of attendance, sessions, referrals, and other relevant documentation for reporting purposes.
∎ Extend regular support to the community volunteers and ensure they are performing as planned.
∎ Participate TOT on different trainings and carry out them accordingly as per design of the project.
∎ Ensure compliance with project guidelines, ethical standards, and relevant humanitarian protocols.
∎ The incumbent will also be responsible for performing any special duty given by the higher authority as and when necessary for the interest of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent command over written and oral Bangla and English including typing.
∎ Proficient user of digital communication mediums and basic graphics design. i.e. Canva, adobe spark etc.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse and SOGIESC population
∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Team working, interpersonal and relationship building skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
∎ Possess good negotiation skills
∎ Ability to learn or possess knowledge of a wide range of information technologies.

Salary: Tk. 47648 (Monthly)
