Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the Technical Team on the floor
∎ Follow up Line/machine Feeding
∎ Training & developing technical team
∎ Technical Issues Solving in the production
∎ Follow up the Quick Change Over and QCO Reports
∎ Approving patterns for bulk production
∎ Daily addressing technical team (communication within Tech team & other Departments)
∎ Discussing Previous day issues & Technical Solution
∎ Follow up inline/fabric technical process maintain the Quality
∎ Size set evaluation, pattern adjustment for bulk production
∎ Maintain basic discipline & 6S
