Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Business Studies
∎ Diploma in Agriculture/ Fisheries / Forestry and Livestock will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct survey for selection of the project beneficiaries' using prescribed format developed by project.
∎ Conduct training for the project beneficiaries and ensure inputs reached to the beneficiaries for proper and successful implementation.
∎ Provide technical advice and follow up of the agriculture/ production and harvesting related activities by visiting the household regularly for effective implementation of the project activities.
∎ Ensure project related financial support to the beneficiaries are done properly with transparency and related data are kept up to date.
∎ Ensure financial data are properly and timely recorded for the specific activity against the specific accounts code.
∎ Support to prepare project report through ensuring project related data.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Good team player.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
