Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis
∎ Collect data and write production reports.
∎ Analyze, research, and propose production improvements.
∎ Perform administrative management and team management (employees' behaviors and attitudes)
∎ Build up team spirit and promote Company Culture.
∎ Meeting with team members to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Establishing effective communication plans and ensuring their (Team Members) right execution.
∎ Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
∎ Maintains an understanding of the industry-wide changes and trends of technology developments and applications.
∎ Prepared to work in different shifts including Night Shift
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Good at problem-solving skills and self-study skills as well as learning new skills in a time-sensitive environment.
∎ Basic Knowledge in Excel Database tables, queries, records for Generate of production Reports And ability to adopt new technologies.
∎ Ability to work in roaster duty (3 Shifts).
∎ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for Overseas Conversations or Meetings.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
