Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any recognised university/ institution. Candidates having MPH degree will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective project planning and implementation of project
∎ Lead the project and guide the staffs as per project proposal
∎ Provide on the job training, supervision and mentoring to the project staff working in the field office
∎ Liaison with government officials at district and upazila level related to the project activities
∎ Ensure effective establishment of appropriate coordination mechanisms with different stakeholder aligned with project guidance, technical standards, human rights, and legal obligations
∎ Conduct and coordinate different stakeholder meeting at different level
∎ Lead management coordination meetings and participate in other coordination meetings related to project
∎ Coordinate financial performance, administration, quality assurance and logistics related to project implementation
∎ Ensure timely and quality implementation of the project activities, and effective monitoring to track the achievement of overall project objectives in the selected study area
∎ Review project related emerging problems which are forwarded by the field staff and take necessary step to resolve them on priority basis
∎ Track progress against supply chain, finance, audit and operations to ensure routine follow up, high quality, on-time data collection, and budget tracking
∎ Attend the weekly meeting with donors and need base meeting with project management team
∎ Coordination with the other NGOs related to project implementation
∎ Monthly analysis of data and take initiative to fill any gaps
∎ Ensure high quality project reports (narrative, indicator tracking, and financial) are submitted timely in order to track progress, measure impact, enhance accountability and inform future programming according to donor and BRAC requirements
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: Minimum 05 years of experience in the public health field/ research sector (publication in peer-reviewed journals will add additional value)
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on supervising, data collection, survey design and implementation
∎ Knowledge on data management, statistics, and advanced knowledge of stata or any other statistical packages
∎ Strong budgeting and financial management skills
∎ Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
∎ Excellent skills on computer applications
∎ Presenting research findings at public forums, including to non-research focused audiences
∎ Excellent analytical and demonstrated ability to write reports and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
