Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking,
∎ and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
∎ Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and
∎ future job openings.
∎ Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to design interview questions that reflect each
∎ position's requirements.
∎ Deliver a positive candidate experience by effectively representing the company's
∎ culture, values and opportunities and maintain the primary point of cntact for
∎ candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication
∎ and updates.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements,
∎ and team dynamics and build strong working relationships with internal
∎ stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the organization's talent
∎ acquisition strategies.
∎ Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and relevant
∎ departments to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
∎ Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
∎ Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
∎ At Least 1+ year experience of Talent Acquisition in HRM.
∎ Proven hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
∎ 4. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
∎ Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and diversity and inclusion principles.
∎ Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
