Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering. From any reputed Public University or equivalent degree from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), VMware, Windows and Linux Operating System, Windows Server

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, setup, monitor & test application performance for IP Telephony, Cisco Wi-Fi, Manage Antivirus & backup system;
∎ Manage IP Phone book company wide;
∎ Maintain system security, backup, and redundancy for infrastructure system;
∎ Check & monitor CDR (both Local & NWD) & billing on regular basis;
∎ Attend system operational support call;
∎ Liaise with vendors, IPTSP Operators & manage service level agreement;
∎ Participate on R & D for new project & deployment;
∎ Visit factories when technical assist required;
∎ Perform any other additional task assigned by the company management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Elastix/Asterisk based IP PBX system;
∎ Linux, VMware or Windows will get preference;
∎ Proven technical experience on proper knowledge of IP Telephony service;
∎ Strong analytical and communication skill;
∎ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure;
∎ Excellent documentation skills;
∎ Should have strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with management and end users;
∎ Must have sound computer proficiency;
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangali.
