Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a Tier-1 Support Specialist with moderate programming skills & Strong networking knowledge. The successful candidate will work closely with our Network & Software teams. Strong communication skills and multi-tasker ability is required.
∎ Must be self-directed with the ability to check issues & escalate or resolve in a timely manner.
∎ Product expert with strong attention to detail and ability to go beyond clients` initial requests to understand their underlying needs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Tier 1 support for our clients by troubleshooting and maintaining various Hardware & Software Nodes.
∎ Work with multiple teams to find, analyze, and resolve client issues.
∎ Identify proactively clients experiencing repeated issues or requests that are not resolved to the client's satisfaction. Escalate issues, as needed.
∎ Maintain IT asset registers regularly.
∎ Any other administrative duties assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
∎ Outstanding oral and written communication skills
∎ Ability to convey technical information to a general audience
∎ Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
∎ Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
∎ Knowledge on Server Installation & Configure (mail, proxy, NAT, etc.) under Linux & Windows
∎ Experience in Mikrotik/CISCO Router.
∎ Knowledge on virtual server environment administration
∎ Knowledge of P2P, VPN, and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Firewall, IP camera, IP PBX) & their installation, configuration, and cabling.
∎ Strong knowledge of Installing / Servicing & repairing/troubleshooting/software installation for Desktop / Laptop / Printer/access point/ Scanner / UPS / Wireless Router / Projector and other devices.
∎ Willing to support various events and visit field offices if required.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
