Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Candidates with Bachelor Degree in CS, CIS, EEE or any other Engineer degree are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, test and maintain Server, Storage, Network device, Virtualization platform, operating systems and system management tools.
∎ Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
∎ Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
∎ Monitor and test hardware performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with OEM to implement those fixes.
∎ Configure & Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
∎ Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
∎ Provide 1st & 2nd level support to customer.
∎ Liaise with customer and OEM for problem resolution.
∎ Communicate with customer to solve problem.
∎ Maintaining healthy relationships with customers.
∎ Conduct customer meetings with technical team.
∎ Communicate with OEM for critical incident.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Technology understanding of Server & Storage hardware, Operating System, Database System & Networking system.
∎ Knowledge of different type of cloud & virtualization solution
∎ Must have good computer skill with Microsoft Office, excellent communication skill, strong interpersonal skill etc.
∎ Must have dedication towards hard work & career achievements.
∎ Technical solution documentation write up and presentation expertise are required.
