Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive emails and attend phone calls from BRAC employees and vendors for resolving query.
∎ Maintain JIRA software for tracking issues and regular follow-up.
∎ Attend weekly and monthly scrum meetings via skype or google meet.
∎ Share reports daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Provide remote desktop support to clients.
∎ Ensuring smooth, satisfactory, efficient, and effective end-user support.
∎ Proper communication with the peer group.
∎ Proper escalation of pending and critical items to reporting line manager.
