Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Provide IT support for desktops and laptops & also required to troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Scanner, Desktop PC, Laptops, Phones, Tabs & system used).

  • Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software to ensure systems are running smoothly.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, operating systems, applications, and hardware.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and ensure IT policies and procedures are followed.

  • Manage IT assets, including inventory and license management.

  • Set up and configure email, shared drives, and internal applications.

  • Ensure data backups are regularly performed and assist in restoring data in case of system failures.

  • Complete the task assigned by the Line manager from the Brac end.

  • Provide IT support to the VIP & End users at the BRAC Head office.

  • Video conference setup for zoom conference and meeting support.
