Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide IT support for desktops and laptops & also required to troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Scanner, Desktop PC, Laptops, Phones, Tabs & system used).
Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software to ensure systems are running smoothly.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, operating systems, applications, and hardware.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and ensure IT policies and procedures are followed.
Manage IT assets, including inventory and license management.
Set up and configure email, shared drives, and internal applications.
Ensure data backups are regularly performed and assist in restoring data in case of system failures.
Complete the task assigned by the Line manager from the Brac end.
Provide IT support to the VIP & End users at the BRAC Head office.
Video conference setup for zoom conference and meeting support.
