Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain financial records, including the Bank Book, General Ledger Book, and Party Ledger Book.
Record and validate accounting vouchers (e.g., JV, CRV, BRV, CPV, BPV) through accurate coding and posting in accounting software.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements for management review.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial reconciliation.
Prepare cash flow statements and support management with financial analysis.
Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Follow up on vendor payments and employee payment requests.
Prepare and check bills submitted by vendors.
Assist auditors in preparing the company’s audited financial statements.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of all financial documents.
Incorporate and implement accounting software for efficient financial operations.
Coordinate with banks for payment instructions and other financial operations.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
