Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor /equivalent degree in any subject from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to receive Service request via Phone Call, email and others.
∎ Responsible to provide L1 Inhouse/other application support to end users.
∎ Follow up pending task and accordingly update the progress to end user.
∎ Escalating L2, L3 and L4 issues for resolutions and perform regular follow-up on the issue.
∎ Manage customer relationship and effectively communicate to get their satisfaction
∎ Attend support related training sessions to improve technical skill.

Salary: Negotiable
