Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Professional Certification on Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain smooth supply chain management of Head Office & Factory
∎ To create stock position of raw materials and its consumption and produce daily consolidated report, reflecting factory production movements.
∎ Prepare plan for proper sourcing & on time delivery of required items.
∎ Source supplier for required sourcing and maintain regular communication with suppliers to meet smooth & on time delivery.
∎ Collect price quotations, prepare comparative statement (CS) and collect approval of purchase.
∎ Conduct market survey in order to develop new/alternative suppliers.
∎ Liaise with store to ensure receiving of goods with desired quality, quantity or any other perimeters.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly & Maintain store ledgers properly.
∎ To collect quotations and prepare comparative statements for management decision.
∎ To keep up to date data and information for all purchased materials.
∎ Responsible for the preparation and process purchase order and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ To justify competitive price, quality, service, credit duration, prompt supply etc. for any purchase.
∎ Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties & Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery & prepare updated suppliers list and submit it to management.
∎ Monitor & focus upcoming demand, determine quantity & timing of deliveries.
∎ Seek & partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
∎ Perform cost and scenario analysis and bench marking.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
