Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Sizing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sizing process which includes managing team of sizing operators, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing production efficiency. Supervise and coordinate daily sizing operations to ensure timely and efficient production.
∎ Lead, train, and mentor a team of sizing operators, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
∎ Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities, quality metrics, and equipment performance.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in the sizing process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
∎ Participate in team meetings and provide training to the team staffs.
