• Candidate should be capable and willing to do extensive field visits.

“Enhancing Education Quality in Vulnerable Communities of Khulna” (EEQVCP) is the Project of Community-Based Education Program program of CSS Education sector. Currently, we are seeking qualified Supervisor- EEQVCP for this project who will be responsible for the implementation/execution of the “Enhancing Education Quality in Vulnerable Communities of Khulna” Project activities at the field level, ensuring adherence to policy.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare a monthly plan of action and accomplish fieldwork according to the monthly plan of action.

• Visit Upazila and District Primary & Secondary Education Departments to establish relationships with UPEO, USEO, DPEO & DSEO.

• Conduct meetings with teachers and parents regarding the project`s purpose.

• Establish PTAs and foster working relationships.

• Develop PTA roles and responsibilities/capacity-building initiatives through training/meetings/workshops.

• Arrange teacher training on the new curriculum, subject-based education, and classroom management.

• Observe classrooms and teachers` teaching methods, involving the head teacher, and provide feedback.

• Collaborate with intervention schools on national and international days.

• Visit targeted schools on a regular basis and follow up on progress.

• Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies to purchase support materials for intervention schools and distribute them in a timely manner.

• Ensure proper use of teaching and learning materials in classrooms.

• Share progress data with neighboring schools and Upazila/District Education Departments.

• Update all intervention school data and maintain records.

• Submit requisitions to the finance department on the first working day of every month.

• Prepare monthly reports and submit them according to the schedule.

• Perform any other assignments given by the organization or respective higher management.
