∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ LED TV Speaker Production with monthly/yearly target as per given SOP, Standard from R&D, full fill per day target as well.
∎ To keep updated records of raw materials.
∎ To ensure maximum productivity through proper utilization of machine, manpower and materials.
∎ To prepare bottle neck of all the production process if needed.
∎ Have to achieve targeted output of production operation and report In-charge accordingly.
∎ Shall be responsible to keep update all relevant documents as per written procedure.
∎ Have to communicate with supervisor and In-charge as well as other department's employees frequently.
∎ Shall follow the health and safety guidelines while working on the production floor to ensure the safety of the Process & People.
∎ Any other task assigned by superiors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Should have basic production knowledge.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on Solid Works and Auto CAD.
∎ Ability to work energetically independently self-motivated and with desire to succeed and able to keep to agreed timeline.
∎ Should be able to perform any duties assigned by superiors.
∎ Must have good computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work effectively with seniors and all other levels in the factory.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skills and be able to lead a team.
∎ Previous working experience in TV manufacturing will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
