Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ LED Panel Production with monthly/yearly target as per given SOP; setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
∎ To complete production plan by resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
∎ To provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.
∎ To maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ To ensure maximum productivity through proper utilization of machine, manpower and materials.
∎ Need to dress up following plant's unique dress requirement as per SOP that will be supplied by the company when working on the production floor.
∎ To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Should have basic production knowledge.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Electronics/Electrical device & circuit.
∎ Ability to work energetically independently self-motivated and with desire to succeed and able to keep to agreed timeline.
∎ Should be able to perform any duties assigned by superiors.
∎ Must have good computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work effectively with seniors and all other levels in the factory.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skills and be able to lead a team.
∎ Previous working experience in TV manufacturing will get preference.
