Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 30 years

1. Carryout structural safety assessment as per BNBC, Nirapon & RSC guideline.

2. Should have sound knowledge of RSC and Nirapon requirements.

3. Conduct site investigation, lead and guide field team to collect data, prepare as-built drawings (structural & architectural).

4. Verify all documents with as-built conditions.

5. Conduct NDT - UPV, Schmidt Hammer, Ferroscan.

6. Should have sound knowledge of using structural design Software like Staad Pro, ETABS, SAP, SAFE, Tekla & AutoCAD.

7. Prepare Model of RC and Steel Structure as per BNBC 2006, BNBC 2020 and other international recognized codes and standards such as- ACI, ASCE etc.

8. Shall perform Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) as per regulatory authority.

9. Prepare retrofit/strengthening/modified drawing as per the outcome of Model.

10. Prepare Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) Report.

11. Capability to prepare BOQ and estimates.

12. Shall maintain & coordinate with an independent team of engineers and detailing engineers.

13. Coordinate with clients and various professionals including architects & contractors.

14. Day to day management of site including all necessary site co-ordination, resource allocation, direct supervision, set out and inspections.

15. Provide technical support including methodology planning, schedule preparation and reporting, supplier and sub-contract procurement and management, HSE management, QA/QC, contract administration.

16. Perform any other jobs assigned by management when required
