∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Email Correspondences.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment;
∎ Candidate should have adequate experience to work with ERP software/ customized software as well as with MS- Excel;
∎ Generate purchase requisition, receive raw materials, issue raw materials for production;
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure);
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly. Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system;
∎ Responsible to arrange distribution of products to different Customers;
∎ Ensure requisition slip for both issue & delivery of materials;
∎ Ensure the inventory accuracy, Housekeeping, WH cleanliness, safety and security;
∎ Follow and update WH activities as per respective Buyers/ Retailers Compliance;
∎ Prepare monthly stock report (RM, packing materials, Spare Parts etc.) and report to management on various issues related to store;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
∎ The ideal candidate should be proactive, have the ability to multitask, and be comfortable in a fast- paced environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
