• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a store management role within the woven garment industry.
• Sound knowledge of inventory software (ERP) systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Oversee the entire store operations related to woven garment production.
• Ensure accurate inventory management of raw materials, accessories, trims, fabrics, etc.
• Implement and maintain FIFO/LIFO systems and proper storage methods.
• Maintain stock records, including inwards/outwards, damage/return, and reconciliation.
• Ensure on-time issuance of materials to production and maintain stock levels accordingly.
• Liaise with procurement, production, and merchandising teams to ensure proper flow of materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and company policies.
• Supervise, train, and guide the store team to ensure efficient operations.
