Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a store management role within the woven garment industry.
- Sound knowledge of inventory software (ERP) systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee the entire store operations related to woven garment production.
- Ensure accurate inventory management of raw materials, accessories, trims, fabrics, etc.
- Implement and maintain FIFO/LIFO systems and proper storage methods.
- Maintain stock records, including inwards/outwards, damage/return, and reconciliation.
- Ensure on-time issuance of materials to production and maintain stock levels accordingly.
- Liaise with procurement, production, and merchandising teams to ensure proper flow of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and company policies.
- Supervise, train, and guide the store team to ensure efficient operations.
